Billing for non exsisting Demat A/C

I had closed my Demat Account three years ago, after suffering the panalties of having opened an account with your Bank. Much before i could come out of the agony of it. I now receive a Bill Statement No.15524875, Bill Date: Apr.19, Bill Period: Apr 01.NET pAYABLE : 1010.70

Do you open a Demat Account for your past client, without their instructions? Or do want to try your look and extract money by sending such Bill?

If the bank is looking for some charity, it can ask for it, in a better way.
