Demate account
Cheque collected from my bank a/c but relience money demate a/c kit not supplied

Dear Sir,

I had applied for demate account vide application no. 0001490394

on 14/03 under zero bal. scheme. On telcall from your Dehradun (UK) branch in May, 08 regarding confirmation of opening of account, they asked me and collected cheque from me for Rs.500/ (for activation of account) till date your office is unable to provide me my demate account kit. Such an unresponsible act is never expected.
