We were the distributors for big tv of reliance for sikkim... there were several service issues and lot of irregularities in the system..so we left the distributorship of sales and service both in march... but the company has not done the settlement - full and final till date... neither have they lifted their unsold stock of sales or service that they had sent to us without our order [against the payment made six months prior to actual repeipt] till date... we have incurred heavy loss of salary, rent, interest due to their non availability of materials immediately after we started business in Oct. 2009 after the first lot.
