Departmental Stores
Balance Money not giving back

I am vishanthini.i am from tamil nadu, salem location: Dadagapatti gate.i had seen many departmental stores were giving Shampoo, chocolates, Match box..Etc instead of Balance Money.like that they all sold their non Moving materials if we dont want also like everyday Rs.5 is going for every person. Please look at this issue.if really they dont have changes means ok we can accept.but if they have changes also they were not giving balace money back.please help us to come over the problem. Govt has to take serious action for this please... Specially (V.S.Stores) & there is No Billing system also.i dont know whether they were paying all Taxes...
