Egarding settalment of credit card

MY CARD NUMBER 4346772001690444 That i want to bring this under your notice that my card was outstinding so i phone to the credit card dept and i asked for setalment they told yes ok

then a female executive called me from this number 08042080241 and told me that it is approved for

Rs 20000/- you pay 5000/ and rest amount monthly 5000/ i told ok. Next day i went to credit card department airport road bangalore, and that time they told that no you must pay Rs 25300/ then i told yesterday she told me to pay 20000/ and today you r telling 25300/ then i told ok i dont want setalment i will countinue the card by paying the due ammount. Then i call to the call centre and i told this problem and i donot want to setalment so they told me that ok sir we will send the credit card dept and u wiil know this in 24 hours then a female executive call me fromm this number 08024080241 and she told me u pay rs 1600/ i payed that ammount but the card was not active. Again on 8 th may they called me and told that to pay rs 1600/ i told them i want to know wheather this card is active she told that no sir

she talk rudely and today 9 th may i went to credit card dept and one executive name armugam told me that you pay Rs 1600/ and i wii send for setalment for rs 20000/ i told ok.

I was using the card fromm 2006 but till last month i paid the amount reguraly and this to inform u that

kindly see my requet and take a action on this matter and oblige
