DOCUMENTS NOT DELIVERED TO DESTINATION

On 17.09. two important documents were sent to Oklahoma, USA from Serampore Post Office, Hooghly District under registered post having consignment numbers fgn-AIR-RLB 7264 and RLB 7265 in the name of my son Suvrajyoti Bandyopadhyay.

Till date those consignments have not been delivered to my son.

I went to Post office several times to enquire about it but the postal dept. did not have any track record of it. I also tried to track it online but there is no option available to track the registered post on the official website of India post (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/).

I would request to please help me out in finding those consignments. I also hereby request the concerned department/authorities to please arrange to deliver those important documents to my son in USA urgently.
