Non-delivery of registered letter with A/D

Sir,

I had sent a registered envelope with A/D, addressed to the Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India, UTI Technology Services Ltd. (A Govt. of India Company), Flat No. 3, Sector 11, Near Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, CBD-Belapur, Post Bag No. 18, NAVI MUMBAI – 400 614 from Kunjaban Post Office, Agartala vide receipt No. RLAD A 533 (Counter No. 1, OP-Code: ARUN) dated 11.02.2009 at 12.00 noon.

Sir, it is astonished to note that the same has not been delivered to the addressee nor the A/D card delivered to me so far. Sir, through this registered envelope, I had sent a 6.60% Tax Free ARS Bonds (original), which is Guaranteed by Government of India.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly make an arrangement to trace out the same and deliver the same to the addressee and the A/D card to me at the earliest please. In this connection, I am enclosing herewith the photo copy of receipt No. A 533 dated 11.02.2009 for doing the needful at your end please.
