Supply of Leaking Cylinder with gross leakage

Dear sir,

I am from Meerut. I have gas connection (double cylinder) with connection number BP8673 taken from Budhpurna Gas agency, Jail Road Meerut. They supplied me cylinder filled with gas with cylinder no NSR No. R215243 (C-13) dated 12/10/08 which was leaking from the joint of Nozzle and cylinder grossly which my wife noted two days later when the room was filled with the gas. If we could have used it the same day when it was supplied, it could have led to a great disaster to me and my family. It is the height of the carelessness of the agency holder, dealer, distributor and the Indane authorities at large. Plz do take the necessary penal action against the culprits.
