Misuse of MCD Park

I am residing in L-II/ 99 A, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, which are owned by Customs & Central Excise and Income Tax Departments of Central Government. There are three parks in the Area. Out of the three parks, one park is in front of the flat allotted to me. This was park was developed in such a way that residents of the area can walk in the morning/evening and younger children can play. The park ground was covered with pretty good grass. For the last so many months, grass of the ground are being trimmed frequently so as to facilitate boys of the area including outsidres. They play cricket and football and make a lot of yelling during playing games. Children and women have stopped coming to the park because of the persons misusing the park by playing in the park. On being asked the reason for not watering the plants in the park, the Gardner named Shri Netrapal replies that Mr. Arjun Chandra, the President of Residents Wefare Asssociation, Kalkaji (which is yet to be registered) has asked him to stop watering plants and grass of the park. This park has become a hub of goons residing in the area/coming from outside. They often use unparliamentary language while playing Cricket in the Park. The President is one of the person supporting the misuse of the park. I am requesting the authority concerned to look into the matter on priority basis and make arrangement to stop misuse of the park (s) in this area.
