Rash behaviour of Conducto

Respected Sir,

I am resident of Khairatabad and working in Abids. on 19.09.2008 when i asked the conductor of 218 Bus (Bus No. AP10Z 9783 of morning shift i.e. from Patancheru to Koti) he given ticket for more amount and when i asked about that he was questining me that why i have give more amount i was shocked by his behaviour. if i dont have change then i have to give Rs. 5/- but he was arguing with me and telling shut ur mouth otherwise i will beat you. Is this the way to talk with passengers.

Please take necessary action in this regard. The bus no. is AP10Z 9783. Take action on this compliant so that no one should face this problem again mainly ladies
