Stray Dogs Menance

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of 80, Khizrabad, opposite New Friends Colony and there is a meance of stray dogs at night. After evening the dogs started attacking even the local ersidents of the area and at late night they fight and howl loudly to the discomfort of a person who is trying to have a sleep after a hard day. If one tries to leave early at the time of dusk of late in thr night he just can't because of the terror creted by these hoorible creatures. They even create havoc with the dustbin kept in the local buildings creating a mess of waste and loiter. If a person is carrying some food iteams they even attack on that creating a lot of trouble. So i would sincerely request you to check this and help us getting rid of this problem.
