Use Abusive languages and Harrase my relatives on the phone call

Der Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that i have a credit card of Deutshce Bank No. 5160-6801-9707-7005. Recently in June i got a phone call (011-47622705-06) from their recovery agency for the payment. Mr. Raj/Ms. Sonia told me to settle whole amount in Rs. 18000/-. First part payment 9000/- in June through cash and rest 9000/- on July. I agreed and tell them to issue me a settlement letter and take the cash from me. But on 26 June they called me up and said that your settlement letter has been issued and they told me to go Deutshe Bank, connaught place branch their to get your letter and make the payment. But on 27-28 my wife hospitalised and i didnot went there but i told Sonia Madam to take the payment from my home and give the settlement letter there at my home. But on 28 June on sunday they harrase me and my relatives to give the phone call that Mr. Gulbir Singh has taken the loan of Rs. 20000/- and we are sending 4-5 peoples to your home and make the payment. Ms. Sonia has called up atleast 20 of my relatives and my office friends that Mr. Gulbir Singh has takem the loan and not giving back. Then i told sonia madam to give me your address and i can come over there to make the payment because 28 June is the sunday and bank are closed today but please dont do the phonecalls to my relatives and friends. But they did not stop to call. Then I search their address from Airtel customer care and number was issued in the name of M/s. SRM Pvt. Ltd, WZ-80, Neelgagan Guest House, Pankha Road, Nangal Raya, New Delhi. After that i called up the Deutshce Bank customer care department and i told them the whole story they told me there are not such any settlement letter has been issued from our side but it will take atleast 3 working days to handle this case and they give me the request number that is 14388. But still That company M/s. SRM Pvt ltd will be calling my relatives and friends and harras them and use abusive languages. Please tell me what can i do. Kindly take some action on these companies.
