Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a credit card user of Deutsche Bank Credit Card User since May. The bank has forcibly cancelled my card without any prior notice and till now it is not providing any reason for cancellation.28th Dec, I have last used this card and when I asked to redeem my accumalated reward points that is 369 as on Dec which will be Rs. 276.75, now the bank is not allowing me to redeem my points saying that the points is less than 500.I want to make it very clear, I didn’t cancel my card, if I would have done this I would have beared this Rs.276 loss for myself, in this case the bank has cancelled without any prior notice to the me (customer), as being customer I want my Rs.276.75 amount should be adjusted towards my outstanding. The bank is not giving any response to my mail or complain, though the mail was sent to cards.care@db.com, head.services@db.com.

Can uou please take necesary against this bank at the earliest.
