Extra Late payment charges

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am using Deutsche Bank Credit Card No. 5160680180496006 from August. In May statement bank has charged me Rs. 423 as a late payment fee. I have launched a complaint to bank for reversal of payment. But bank has rejected the same. My payment due date to the bank is 28th of every month & I have made the payment of Rs. 600/- on 21st April through ICICI Bank cheque at Deutsche Bank Drop Box in Technopolish Park, Saki Naka, Andheri. The Bank has cleared this cheque after the due date & charging me extra Rs. 423/- for late payment. Same thing the bank is repetedly doing with my other colouges.

Pl. go the needful to reverse the money & stop my bank card at the earlist.
