Poor Customer Service

Hi,

I have been duped by the Deutshe Bank these guys followed me everywhere when they wanted to sell a credit card to me, after several follow ups I agreed only for the benefit of fuel surcharge waiver was the only scheme that attracted me. Despite of many complaints to the customer service, which is sorry to say very rude and it seems they don't hire people judiciously.

I was deprived of the information that my form was rejected, when asked why?. the Representative denied to give me any information. I was shocked and taken aback when he said that we will not give you the documents that you provided the bank as they have kept it for there records.

I will never deal with this bank and advise people not to do so.

What bothers me is my personal information that this bank is using for monetary benefits, because since I have submitted my documents I have got numerous amount of sales calls.

I have given hopes ..only if someone can help...
