Devaganga Associates - Indane LPG
LPG cylinder not delivered

My distributor is Devaganga Associates, num 080 23185373.

This is what happened with me:

1. June 14th: Made a refill booking. Reference Number 226741

2. Cylinder not delivered till 22nd June

3. Called the LPG dealer, he says no booking has been made, offered the Ref Num, he refused to listen

4. Rebooked the cylinder on 24th June: Reference Number 232866.

5. Filed a complaint on 24th June, complaint Number : 134031.

a. # When I called I was informed that the booking reference number 226741 shows as delivered in the account.

6. The cylinder booked on 24th June was finally delivered on 1st July, with memo date showing as 28th June.

7. July 29th: Refill booking made, reference number 256566.

8. Received SMS on 8th Aug saying memo number 2519 generated, Cylinder will be delivered.

9. Received SMS on 11th Aug saying booking cancelled.
