Poor services and misleading the customers

DCB, Development Credit bank has the worst customer support and even worst working procedure. I had sent one of my outstation (chandigarh) cheque for clearance on the 27th of August and till date i have not received my money considering the fact that on 2nd of September the amount has been deducted from my client's account. We have been following like crazy with my delhi branch, the head office - C.P. branch, the mumbai head office and the worst answer i got from the so called customer care head at the G.K. branch - he asked me to bring the P.O.D. number of the courier with which they have sent the draft to DCB back.!!! surprised?? well i feel humiliated that i have to run after my own money and still NO ONE AT DCB is bothered to pay attention.. worst staff i tell u guys!!!
