Non delivery of order till 20 days

I have ordered on 24/10/09 cadbury chocolate cost 249rs/-(order no: D439222956) to be delivered to rishikesh on 25/10/09.but it wasnt delivered till now. I got two time resonse from their side that it has been delivered.but i found out it wasnt. Moreover after so many complaint no feedback was from their side. And instead of them calling me, I have to call them several time for getting update about my order. Now it has been 20 days. It was a birthday gift. Do this company give any importance to customer satisfaction or not?

Customer has to take pain to get informaion about his own delivery.
