Delay deivery - waitng for 2 months

Sir,

I have booked a cylinder with Devi gas agencies, Vaikom, Kottayam, Kerala on 10-03 and the booking number is 21483.Till date (27-04), the same is not delivered to me. In the previous time, I had waited for 3 months for getting cylinder. This is the fifth time i am facing the same issue. I have only one cylinder and applied for an extra cylinder for 2 years ago. But they didnt issued it.

Please take a necessary action for getting a extra cylinder or getting cylinder on time.
