Land not allotted

I, P Jayakumar, a retd SBI officer, had started paying installments towards a plot/land at Shamshabad (Hyderabad) with DEVISHRI HOUSING Estates, on 5th April with the signing amount of Rs 15000/-.As per the agreed terms, I had been regularly paying all the installments whose record was duly entered in a Pass-book provided by the company, as a valid proof of transaction.

The final monthly installment of Rs 1800/- was paid on 7th August, bringing the total amount paid to Rs 1, 00, 500/-.

So far, neither the land has been allotted nor registered. The officials concerned at the realty firm do not respond, and are unavailable/unable to be reached most of the time.

I request you to kindly look into the matter.
