EMI collection without disbursement of loan

I had applied a Housing loan With Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. in the name of Kamlesh Tiwari.

Application No- 00629754

File No. 00000362

A sanction letter was issued by bank Showing that Rs.15, 73, 869/- has been sanctioned.

The other agreement & disbursement letter was held by me due to some dispute with builder

but i have issued PDC to bank.

Further neither me nor my builder received any money from DHFL & Rs. 3775/- has been debited in my

saving account on 12/5 against Installment of loan without giving any information/ schedule to me.

I am shocked that how it can be possible to collect the EMI without giving any amount,

I have signed the triparty agreement on 21/5 & disburshment letter on 27/05 & bankers are still asking papers for disbursement of loan.
