FALSE COMMITMENT AND NON REFUND OF MONEY

I went to maruti relying on the trust and bond I had, and now i realize it was a mere bubble. On 31st March I booked an ALTO - LXI from DEWAR'S GARAGE LTD. 4, COUNCIL hOUSE sTREET, kOLKATA 700001. The company have a showroom also in Topsia, Byepass ph no. 033-4021-4700 and they told me that they will be delivering the car from there. The delivery date confirmed by the company was 15th April. I paid an advance of Rs. 30000/- by cheque no. 73265 .The price on road was negotiated and finalised at Rs. 298132.00 less Rs. 2500 as corporate discount. Accordingly I paid Rs 298132.00 by cheque no. 15193 on 09.04.2009.The company confirmed of completion of all legal formalities like Insurance, Registration etc and deliver the car along with the completed documents on 15.04.2009.On 15.04.2009 I went to the showroom to get my car. They delivered the car but failed to complete the legal formalities. Nothing was done. They issued me a temporary registration. I was forced to take delivery as I promised to gift the same to my old mother. They told me that they will complete all the formalities and deliver me the documents within 16.04.2009.What a commitment they made prior to the delivery. I called up the company as well as their sales manager several times which was ignored intentionally. What a fantastic customer service.. Anyways after calling atleast for 60 odd times the same was delivered on 18.04.2009 late evening. I bought a new car abut I had to keep it in my garrage for 4 days as i was not with the registration number and the insurance papers. The car cost me Rs. 298132 plus Rs. 500 as hypothecation charges and less Rs. 2500 as corporate discount which totalled to Rs. 296132.00 I paid Rs. 30000.00 as advance and Rs. 298132.00 as full payment which totalled to Rs.328132.00 ie I have paid Rs. 32000 extra. This extra money paid to DEWAR'S GARAGE LTD was to be returned back to me by 18.04. this was a commitment made by DEWAR'S GARAGE LTD sales manager. To my disgrace till date no money was refunded back. Moreover the my address on the Insurance cover note was given wrong. This error was to be rectified by DEWAR'S GARAGE LTD within two working days, as committed by the same company. Till date it is in status quo. Whenever I call them up they reply the same that is sir we will do this, we will refund you back the money within three working days. Till date no positive approach was taken by DEWAR'S GARAGE LTD .I want to question Maruti - Suzuki that if marketing and selling cars are your passion and interst then why do you people campaign to trust you for your after sell service? I feel extremely harassed and messed up and I really curse my stars that why did I choose Maruti when I found the same qualities in Chevrolet and Hyundai.

I did not know what else to do. Has man lost the value of trust and commitment?
