This is to inform you that I had taken a Motor car Policy No BA4155498 for my Maruti Zen Car No. WB24C-8043 from Dewars Insurance, there Sales Executive Mr. Sugato Majumder was handling the case.

After getting the Policy I shocked that he had given a deduction for Anti-theft Device (IMT - 10). In my previous policy there is not any such kind of deduction & there in not any such kind of device in my car.

After seeing the policy I talked with Mr. Sugato Majumder that how he had given this kind of deduction, he taken the matter very lightly. After few days when I come to know that if there is such kind of deduction and if my car get theft I will not get the claim.

Then again I talked with him and ask to provide me the Anti-theft device as a compensation because you had cheated me for very small amount of money (Deduction amount). But his behaviour was not good and not feel any guilty for his mistake.
