Dear sir, i bought dezire vdi as i liked it v much on test drive and when i drove my friends car it was just right for me and my family in pune india 2007 i got wagen r from same dealer sai services deccan pune but this time my expirience was v bad, i collected my car on 6th june as it was good day with puja ritual and next went on long trip first thing which i noticed while putting my luggage in was insde the boot colour was white and my car from outside clear beige reorted to dealer answer was they will check with the company satisfied started my journey while driviing after 20-30 kms the engine sound was worst then adeisel tractor especially while overtaking anyway cpompleted 1000kms in 5 days came back for first servicing first complanit was noise of the engine, so i requested the service manager to check the oil level tp our surprise oil level was below lowest i couldnot belive that i drove the car without oil for 1000kms next question was difference in colour inside outside and colour dripping at the edges as though accident car is repainted so i approched cutomercare suppose to be 1st in indian market no satisfying answers but they did take photographs og paint job and said they will send to delhi to company i have lived last 27 yrs in europe and purchased many cars before but never ever had two different colours for same car inside out i feel cheated by thr dealer or the compny now i have only thing left is to go to media like wheelocity and consumer court if there is no proper replacement thx dr wani
