We have purchased the said vehical from automotive servises latur (maharashtra) branch.
the remote controll for tape is not provided.
ther is no proper service to the customer ;when i was asking for drinking cold water;
i had been told that i have to pay the amount for cold water. ultimately i had paid for cold water.
this is rediculas.
i feel this reprasents the service of the showroom.which ultimately represents the service quality of maruti.
