I have Purchased a Intel Mother Board through Barat Computer, Madurai from SVS Technology, Madurai, TN, INDIA on 21.11.2008. When I opened the Mother Board Package I noticed that the processor socket was in damaged position. Immediately I informed the matter to the Barat Computer, Madurai and they informed this complaint to SVS Technology, Madurai. And the SVS Technology asked us to submit complaint to INTEL through Barat Computer. Now The MotherBoard is with me and I request you to Replace the Same at the earliest.
