I ravi using the DG toll plaza on daily basis and regulary getting charged in time. It has been found the DG toll plaza vanishes the balance amount if any on the card instead of charging full value during the non recharge period. My validity of the card is 5th june'11 since 5th is sunday i got rechrged the same on mondayi.e. 6th june.. But came to unerstand the balance got vanished. The way it works is ridiculus, How can they vanish my money. they can charge full value till i get rechraged. I hope this way the agency is making lakhs of rupees from the customer.

Agency need to give 1 day period post expiary of the validity
