Poor condition of Power Supply

I stay in Sector-46, Faridabad and every day there is problem with the power supply in my area around 10 pm. There is load shedding and voltage fluctuation whole night and this is happening for last 3-4 months. There is some serious problem with the transformer which need to be replaced and also that area needs 2-3 more transformers as it is developing very fast.
