Huge Power fluctuation

Hi,

I am living in I.P. colony, sector-33, Faridabad, there electricity power fluctuation from 80V to 320V at night, its daily start from 9:00PM to 5:00AM, and due to this Cause home appliance got burnt, My two appliance, RO and Refrigerator got burnt,

Pls. arrange to rectify the Voltage fluctuation problem.
