Dear Sir/Madam,

Sector-19 in Faridabad suffers unpredicted cuts and outages every summer. Yesterday evening (20 May 09) their was an outage at 21:30 hrs which could be restored temporarily today at 09:45 AM (outage lasting for almost 12 hours) in extreme summer. It again went off at 11:30 AM and has not returned till the time of writing this complaint. Their is no redressal to our problems and a sector has been converted worse than a slum.

This is routine every summers and DHBVNL have not upgraded their distribution netwroks and transformers. Its pathetic and your intervention will make them accountable.
