Power shutdown

Power goes off at 23.00 hrs every night and whole night tere is no power last one it is routine.complained so many times to the lineman, replies power for whole night, JE asked to checkm tonight.

If a man can't sleep in night he can' t work the whole day.

please look in to the matter and solve my problem.
