Increasing the rate of interest

Hi,

I had took a home loan from DHFL in the month of Sept and at the interest rate of floating 11.25 % but within a 2 months I got a letter that your EMI is not sufficient for repaying the loan amount so we are increasing the rate of interest which is mentioned on the site of DHFL. But i searched on the site for the information about increasing the rate of interest but i didn’t find anything. This is the clean cheating DHFL is very poor in service and they charged a processing fees 1.5 % which is higher than any other bank. Very poor bank especially Kondahva Branch.
