Regarding there services of tata cars

Dear Sir,

My self Tara Singh, I purchase a second hand Indigo-glx, (DL3C-W-5830), and i gave my car for full services to Dhingra Motors Gurgaon.i told please repaire all of that which was not working properlly, after recieving, there experts told me that, so many problems are there.and ask me for approval for removing these problems.i gave approval, and they give me assurence, after work no issue for complaint about my car, i trust of them, i pay 41, 000 Rs. for servicing. but after run 50 k.m., car was heated, AC was not working, tyres was bubling, sparks in wires, and finally car was not start. I complaint to dhingra motors, but they are not giving me proper responce, and they told me this was faulty, that was faulty, and you have to bear extra cost.sir i frusted, please give me suggestion what should i do, plz reply as soon as possible.
