Late delivery

I sent one parcel on oct.17 AWB. 7345258476 to India after 10 days I checked it shows bad address? How my home Address to be bad for DHL. Normal canada post they deliver within 8 days in my home. After several calls I made to India and DHL canada for this delivery. Finaly I got the parcell on Nov.6. In Cochin they dontknow how to read my place name?

If it is bad address why they didint return back my parcell? i need a proper reply? it effected a lot for me
