Improper delivery

Hi,

This is chandra reddy has booked house hold goods to transport from bangalore to hyderabad on 20/09 through DHL Packers and movers. I received the goods at my destination point i.e hyderabad on 25/09 with some goods missing and most of the packages (cartons) were damaged.

I have raised a complaint with the DHL Packers and movers complaint cell, After multiple std calls they responded after a week and said they will deliver the goods in next 2 days. I have waited for two more days and called them again, They have told me that they are not able to trace my missing goods and they are not even ready to pay the amount of the goods lost through them. I have insured the goods for 30, 000 inr after paying the transportation charges and service tax charges.

Could some one tell me how to proceed further in this case. As per the company rules case can be filed under bangalore juridictionary. But being in hyderabad i am not able to go to bangalore to file this case and fight for the justice.

Consignment delivered date (Hyderabad) &- 25/09

Missing items from the delivered consignment &- Fuel from Bike, Rice Bag of 25kg, Corton Box # 13 (Books & Clothes).
