Dear Sir,

In reference to above subject i have insured mediclaim against policy No. 111300/48/694 and Insured in the name of Alpesh A. Patel (main insured). I have one claim in your Ahmedabad office in the name of Rishi A. Patel (Son) claim No. DHS09Z002710 DT-10/01 and claim is payable last one month as per telephonic talk with Mr. Aslam but till date i have not received cheque. I have claim nomial amount of Rs.3389/- and i am not received in regular time as per your website you are disburse payment within 15 days but i am not recd last 2 month our claim amount. Please take necessary step against your respective officer and release my claim. i have regulary follwup for you ahmedabad branch and every time one answer your claim is payable but till date cheque is not release. Please give me advise payable means what?
