Excess meter reading

Iam a resident of Rama Krishna Appts. sec. 46 Faridabad. After my personal persuations Icould not receive my corrected Bill. Representation in this regard was made on27.11.2008 which was handed over at NIT-4 duly marked in the name of Sh. Satish JE by the Asstt. Engr/SDO. The bill was raised amounting to Rs.40, 037 without any reading. Even after lapse of about Two months Iam in position to have any solution to my problem. it is not understood on what basis these inflated bills are raised? I HAVE SEEN MANY RESIDENTS IN SUB. DIV. OFFICE HAVING SAME TYPE OF COMPLAINTS.Is there no solution this problem? I may kindly be intimated when my complaint will be redressed? So, that I can make my outstanding payment In favour of DHVBN.
