Only 2 hrs light in whole day and night

On 21th Aug from Morning to till mean 12:30 PM only 2 hrs light was there in Street No3 I.P. colony sec-33 Faridabad and no one taking the any action, we people are suffering from water and summer I am calling to customer care but no one responding, Can you pls do something.
