Dial Infoline
Breach of contrac

We had deal with dial infoline in January for marketing by E-mail campaign of our company and as per their commitments this deal is valid for 1 year. But till today 21st june'11 we have not yet got any of our marketing done by dial info line because of their irresponsible behavior. After completing the full payment nobody turned up to get the work done. We have been continuously calling them over phone and through mails but nobody is ready to take the responsibility. Even the center head Ms. Malti is not contacting us. Nobody in the company is ready to make her contact with us neither they give the number or email id. The COMPANY and the employees of the company are BIG FRAUDS. They never answer the phone calls nor they reply the emails. They also lied to us that we have done the email campaign but on Saturday i.e. 18th june'11 we came to know that they have not even started with the marketing by email campaign and Ms. Simran promised me that by Saturday evening 5.30pm she will inform me the status but yet she has not informed me anything.

Now we want our money to be refunded and don't want any o the services from DIAL INFOLINE.
