SERVICE NOT PROVIDED - BUT AMOUNT COLLECTED (CHEAT CASE FROM DIAL INFOLINE)

This is to bring at your notice that we have opted for EMAIL CAMPAIGN (promotion for our company services through email marketing) from “Dial Info line” in the month of January.

Today it's 16 April and Since couple of months I am trying to trace Marketing executives and Senior Authorities of the come who promised all our services will be prompt and you people will not face any kind of problems as far as email campaigns/marketing is concerned. Company executives Miss. Razia and Mr. Ali also promised if none of the customers reverted back through our campaign then the entire amount will be refunded…

But since past a month Mr. Ali is not lifting my calls and avoiding all ways for the calls coming through my company “Arkloop Solutions”. I spoke to Mr. Ritesh Thakkar over phone that there is no prompt service till date given to us rather none of the services has been stated by your end, hence would request you to please REFUND our Rs.5000/- ASAP.

On 1st week of March I had a telephonic conversation with Miss. Razia about Mr. Ali not lifting the Phone calls. She told doesn’t matter I will handle your queries and ensure that the email campaign you require will be completed accurately. – As I was concerned about the campaign and not with Mr. Ali – hence I trusted Razia’s words.

On 18th March I called Miss. Razia and she promised that the design for email will be ready ASAP and I ensure you to email. She took all information from me about my company like company website etc.

On 19th March I called the office landline no. of Miss Razia and I was been informed by some employee that she is not in today and will not be available for couple of days.

I immediately called on her cell phone to inform her that design should be ready and be delivered to us by Monday. However some other girl picked up the call and she replied that Razia is in office and she is busy in Meeting.

It was strange for me to received two different answers from two different people – one saying she is not inside the office and the other saying she is in in the office but busy with the meeting.

I called on 23rd March again on the landline no. and spoke to Razia, she started giving some weird answers like I was not in this office but in some other office and was in a meeting. I told her to cut the crap and answer me when my design will be ready?

She told me I ensure that the design will be ready by Saturday and surely it will be done – since the girl who designs was on leave and has just joined today.

She promised me to email me on 28th March (yesterday), but there was no communication from her end. I explained her several times that if you are unable to deliver the design OR unable to keep up on any kind of services opted by me then please give me a call and inform me that it’s not done and will be delivered today OR etc etc… Atleast I will feel a person is communicating with me…

TILL THE TIME MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED – THEY USED TO CALL ME EVERYDAY – BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE CHEQUE – IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY ALTOGETHER (NOT A SINGLE APPROPRIATE PHONE CALL FROM EITHER OF THEM).

Neither the marketing guy who walked to my office neither this girl who communicated with me for the order is keeping her words…

Since then there wasn’t any communication from her side OR any company employee that the design will be ready OR not etc etc. All is that I have to keep on following up.

As these delays have led my campaign and pulling my company behind for promotional activities – I cannot afford to keep faulty companies in my company’s vendor list. Hence kindly refund the amount worth Rs.5000/- made for email campaign ASAP.

Ritesh Thakkar a cheat in BUSINESS – it’s better for you to understand that not just the marketing done by your team is better but a customer satisfaction is MUST in today’s market.

Awaiting for the cheque worth Rs.5000 to reach my office which is the refund of the services which we opted and never received.
