Cheating of Amount

We surrendered two connections on February 29 and paid amount through cheque. Actual bill amount was 930 only but we got informed of 2400 rupees. So we deposited the cheque amounting 2400 and it was three months over, the over debited amount is not yet refunded. Whenever mailing is done the reply comes as "With in 30 days draft will reach your company". But no confirmation how many 30 days will it take to reach our office. Bloody dammids cheating us for refunding our money. What the hell they are assumed as Best service providers. The richest indian business man not even has the manner of refunding the respective money to the actual persons aah??
