Cutt off the cable connection due parti baji

Sir,

I live at Royal Estate, Ajnala Road, Amritsar and Rajesh (Vicky) is running DIGI Cable their. But my cable was not working properly. I complaint for this problem to your cable operator Mr Vicky. He told for set up box and took 600/- for that purpose and also promised that set up box will be put up within a week. But after a month he did nothing. After one month then I complaint again and he cut off my home cable.

Please enquire it and my set up box put on and start my cable properly.
