Parcel still not delivered after 15 days

We had sent one parcel to Delhi vide docket no. 295386940 dated 28.8.2008 from Kota. Regret inspite of follow up till date this parcel has not been delivered. I have spoken to nos. of people in Delhi on phone no. 011-43565700 and complaint no. is M214. Also i have spokent to Mr. Sandeep in Kota but nothing has been done.
