DIGITAL CAMERA & MIXER
AMOUNT DEBITED TWICE

I had purchased Digital Camera & Mixer, using my Debit Card on 25/01 from your Kalyan Branch for the amount Rs.5498.00 (Rs. 3999.00 for DC & Rs. 1499.00 for Mixer). I had given HDFC Debit Card for the payment, but after some time your person returned my card saying machine is not accepting this card, that’s why I gave S.B.I. Bank’s Debit Card and made the payment I have signed the counter foil only for S.B.I. Card..

After 1 week when I updated my HDFC account, I was shocked to see that Rs. 3999.00 has been deducted from my account towards payment of Digital Camera. That means for 1 product Big Bazsar has debited my account twice. I complaint at Kalyan’s – Customer desk on 1st Feb.’ where Mr. Kashinath & Mr. Appaji Rao promised me that amount will be reverted to my account within a week. They have also forwarded me the correspondance which they are doing with the HDFC Bank for the same.

Since last 3 months I am following up with them, but I hear different stories from from both Mr. Kashinath & Mr. Appaji Rao and getting the same reply that amount will be reverted within 2 days or 4 days, but till now amount has not been debited to my account. I think I have been cheated for Rs. 3999.00.

Really I am keeping patience for these 3 months, but now I cant wait any more for my money. You are requested to kindly look into the matter urgently.
