No Responce From Tata AIg After Giving Complain To Send my Policy Document & to Cancel My Policy

I am Mr Bikash Kumar mohanty, Few Days Back I got a call from Tata Aig to continue a Policy with TataAig, That time i am not ready to continue any policy but they told me this call is recorded for future response so we didn't tell you lie, You just Continue this policy for 2month to check this policy we are deducting Rs 10 from your HSBC credit card You just go through the document if you are not interested to continue then you can cancel that policy that time they told me that document you can get with in 7 days but till now i didn't get any document nothing, i think that is near about one month back.

After 20 days i was given a complain to send my document but they didn't send any document & i was given 3 times complain but i didn't get any document nothing.

Then after i was decided to cancel that policy i was write a mail to helpline@tata-aig but that also not help me. I am also currently running with some loan & i am paying my EMI for that. So i don't want to continue that policy but TataAIG peoples are not responding any thing.

So any one is there to help me out regarding this.
