Deactivation of broadband services

This is to bring in kind notice of yours that I Neeta Kataria, wants to discontinue the services of broadband facility on my landline number: 011-25084924, which was been activated in the month of may’09.

I want to deactivate my broadband services because my Internet is not been working since last 7 days. I already had made several complaints regarding this inconvenience, but no necessary action has been taken yet.
