We regret to inform you that we purchased the above mentioned DIGITAL HOME UPS from your local agent at Jamshedpur, which is not functioning properly. We brought the matter with your Sukam’s technician for repairment. But failed to rectify the same absolutely resulting recurrence of fault again & again.
