Dis-service to the consume

My Customer Id number is 3000163669.I registered a complaint number 475758 on December 21 regarding non working of the Set Top Box, serial number - 5110831650001593.The complaint in question was attended by ur representative after a long wait of 192 hoursi.e., on December 29.Such a cold attitude from a firm having a good standing in the market is quite undeairable. I had to wait for 8 days helplessly. I may also inform you that on December 30, I tried to lodge my resentment at toll free number 1800 102 8080, but so to inform you that yourexecutive refused to entertain my complaint.

You might be knowing that all these tantamounts to dis-service to the consumer. Who is responsible for un-necessary and avoidable mental harrasment by me.
