Irresponsible, Mismanaged Company

We bought Samsung LCD 26' TV with which we got free DigitalTV.

We have called up DigitalTV on 26th Dec and got the customer ID 3000169935 on the same day and also provided the information asked by the executive such as Activation No. and Serial No. address etc.

But now after almost a month, no one turned up for installation. Is it because of free or what? I have'nt seen such a irresponsible act from any reputed company like Bharti.

We have Tata Sky, for which we called them in the morning and got it installed on the same day within 4 hrs.

Please confirm if it can be installed or not so that we can go for some other option.
