Complains for bad service

Dear sir/mamdam,

My name parvendra singh, i am your existing customer of DIGITAL-TV services, my customerid is 3001347308.But

Recently i used your DIGITAL-TV services, but sorry to say that your service on this field is very very poor...

I purchased your service but after 1 month i have still no Connection of DIGITAL-TV... Inspite of my regular complain to you i am still unsolvable problems... Even your executes are not interest to solve my problems..they turn down my complain numbers without my prior satisfaction letter...

below are the three complain numbers

1463056-12th-november

1476549-14th-november

Can you tell me one thing, after a lot of time and money spending on your service, if i am getting such kind of service why should i use your service, why should not i prefer to other services...

If you have time to read this mail and time to solve my problems... please take a look and solve ASAP,

Otherwise i will look for another service providers...
